Refund Policy

Refunds with AC

Making life and business decisions can be stressful. At Anzardas Creative we want to make your refund process as seamless as possible. Read below to learn more. If you still have questions Contact Us.

General Info

The Refund of a service or a product is based off of the category of the item. Once a refund is approved it will take 5-7 business days to deposit back to your original form of payment. This is based on the payment process that was choose. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will also receive a email confirming your refund.

Consultation:

Bookings are accepted up to 12 hours in advance. If a booking is needed less than 12 hours notice please send a message in the contact me form.  Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24hours before appointment and receive a refund. Bookings canceled  after 24 hours or are a no show will receive a 50% refund.

 

Fashion:

To cancel or reschedule the booking date please contact us 72 hours before the booking. To adjust the needs of the booking also contact us 72 hours before the book and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment. There will be a 15% cost of service fee if cancellation is after the 72hr mark. There is a 25%  cost of service fee if cancellation is after the 12hr mark or a no-show. If the client is a no call no show, the client will no longer be able to book services with Anzardas Creative.

 

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

 

Business:

To cancel or reschedule the booking date please contact us 72 hours before the booking. To adjust the needs of the booking also contact us 72 hours before the book and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment. There will be a 15% cost of service fee if cancellation is after the 72hr mark. There is a 25%  cost of service fee if cancellation is after the 12hr mark or a no-show. If the client is a no call no show, the client will no longer be able to book services with Anzardas Creative.

 

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

 

Graphic Design:

 

All graphic design category services must be booked at least 2 weeks before the item is needed. The latest a service can be canceled is 2 weeks before booking. If you do decide to book exactly 2 weeks before the need of the graphic, you will not be able to cancel the service for a refund. 

Canceling before 2 weeks of the due date will receive a partial refund. This amount or percentage will be agreed on in the business consultation and sent by email for confirmation.
